I’m a Regional Finalist at The Wedding Industry Awards 2027!
Well… this is rather lovely.
I’m incredibly excited (and only slightly trying to play it cool) to share that Jeccabox has been announced as a regional finalist in The Wedding Industry Awards, in the North West Stationery category! 🥂✨ And honestly, it feels like a pretty big deal.
For anyone who knows Jeccabox, you’ll know that I’m a one-woman stationery-loving, paper-obsessed, slightly-too-excited-about-fonts kind of business. I design wedding stationery for couples across the UK, from completely bespoke designs to my ready-to-shop collections, and I get to spend my days turning ideas, Pinterest boards, colour palettes and the occasional “I don’t really know what we want, but we’ll know it when we see it” into stationery that feels like them. And after all the emails, proofs, envelopes, colour decisions, paper samples, printing, packaging and probably an unreasonable amount of staring at tiny details… being recognised in this way is a pretty special feeling.
So, what actually happens when you become a finalist? Well, firstly, you tell everyone. Obviously. Secondly, you have a little moment of “Oh my goodness, people actually like what I do!” And thirdly, you remember all the couples who have trusted you to create something incredibly important for them. Because while I might spend far too much time discussing whether a particular shade is pistachio, sage or "definitely-not-quite-sage-but-I-can-see-why-you'd-call-it-that", the reason I love this job is the people behind the stationery.
I get to hear the stories, see the inspiration, help bring ideas together and create everything from those very first save-the-dates and invitations through to the on-the-day details and thank-you cards. And the lovely thing is, couples often come to me with a slightly chaotic collection of ideas and leave with something that feels completely cohesive. Which is basically my favourite kind of magic.A huge thank you ❤️
Most importantly, thank you to all of the couples who have trusted me with their wedding stationery. Thank you for your ideas, your trust, your lovely messages, your Pinterest boards (yes, I do want to see all 47 of them) and for letting me be part of such an important chapter. And thank you to everyone who has recommended Jeccabox, shared my work, followed along, liked a post, sent an enquiry or simply told a friend about me. It genuinely means more than you know.
So, for now, I’ll be enjoying the fact that Jeccabox is officially a North West Regional Finalist at The Wedding Industry Awards. I'll try not to get too carried away. Although I have already started wondering what I'm going to wear… 👀🥂
Wish me luck! 🤞✨
